My Dream, My Future

I know that all of us have their own dreams. Own dreams to follow, own dreams to achieve. Having a dream means only one thing; it means having a good future.
Anything is possible, right? No one said that dreaming is prohibited. We can dream as long as we want. To have this dream, we have to put in a lot of effort. Our dreams are our own future. The future that can make us a better person. We have to study hard to reach for that dream. We cannot get anything if we just sit there and just wait for anything to come, we must do something about it. We must have an action to that. We must also have the self-confidence and never loose hope. I know that there are many trials in our life. But we must not let the problems conquer, we must fight that problems. Because problems are just obstacles that can strengthen or weaken us in the battlefield of life. We must have the determination to success i life. We must overcome the things that inter fears us in reaching our dreams.
Our future depends on us. We must focus on one thing to have a brighter future, we must seek for that dream of ours. Let's ask for the guidance of the Lord along the way.

Change: It Starts With Me

To have a better life, we have to maintain and change many things. As a human,I want to improve the world where I belong right now. I know that change, starts with me.
There are many things to be done. First, I have to change myself for the better. I have to improve myself for my own good. To have a good and vigorous life, I have to do the best I can to achieve that by putting a lot of effort to achieve that. I have many dreams, and I know I can reach it as long as I have the self-confidence. I can do it, that's what In know. Graduating in high school is one of my achievements in life. Graduating in college and having a job is one of my biggest dreams. I need the support of my family, friends and the Lord. These are the things I need to reach my dreams. They say that nothing is impossible as long as you have faith.
Change must start with me because I know that this will help me become more responsible young citizen. Change for the better is what we need to make our world a better place.

A One of a Kind Feast of Ilocos

I think all of the Ilocanos like me knows Kannawidan. Kannawidan is a feast of Ilocos. There are many festivities during the said event.
During this dates, January 31- February 8, there are many events and programs. Beside the capitol of Ilocos Sur, every town brings their own products, commonly known as OTOP(One Town, One Product). There are many contests during those dates. The main objective of this feast is to preserve the cultures of Ilocos Sur. Kannawidan has its own theme song too. There are many artists and singers who came too to join the Kannawidan. As an Ilocano, I'm very proud of it. Kannawidan plays a great role to all of the Ilocanos around the world and we must be proud of it.

The Historical Feast of Vigan

I think almost everyone in our province of Ilocos Sur knows the feast of Vigan City. Vigan City feast or the feast of St. Paul is always been celebrated mainly every January 25th of the year.

Usually the feast of Vigan starts on January 16th and formally ends on January 31th. This is a tradition among the Biguenos. But it is celebrated during January 25 mainly. There are many events during these days. Street dancing contests, coronation night, programs and other- festivities. It is celebrated for the honor of their patron Saint, Saint Paul.They also have their carnival during their feast. There are many stars and guests coming during the feast. Every people from all the ages, from the children to the oldest people in Vigan City enjoys and participates in the festivities..
Everyone of us are very familiar about the feast of Vigan and merely participates. It is fun and enjoyable. If you don't have anything t0o do this January 25, come! Join the feast of Vigan! Be happy... :)

My Reflection for the Third Grading Period

Every grading period, I learn more and more. I am applying these every time I use the computer.
This grading period, I really learned a lot. I learned about HTML, links, making front pages and others. I really did applied it when I always use the computer whenever I ne2ed those. But of course, there are always hindrance and circumstances, like when we did our project. We really had a hard time finishing it because it was hard, we have to put in a lot of effort to finish that project. We have to put a lot of time to concentrate in making that project. Many revisions, many ideas are gathered and rejected too. But still, we finished it. In fighting and passing these circumstances, we had a great cooperation. We did it as a group. I will always keep those things that I've learned in I.C.T. IV because it will give me a really big help because I am planning to take I.T. course on college. We all know that I.T. is about computers. These things that I've learned will give me informations that may help me in taking that course.

THE TRUE ESSENCE OF THE YULETIDE SEASON

Every year, we celebrate the birth f our savior, Jesus Christ. Every year, we are valuing it through celebrating it. But the question is, do we really know the true essence of Christmas? Maybe yes, maybe no.
Me? I know if what is the real essence of Christmas. For me, its peace, love and sharing. Peace because, I know that yuletide season is the most peaceful time of the year. We really give respect to this season. WE learn to say sorry to the persons we had hurt, forgive the persons who hurt us and forget the awful memories if the past. Love because, we really can show our love especially on Christmas day. Even if our love ones are faraway from us, we can feel that they really love and care for us especially during Christmas. Sharing? Yes. For example, we have our gifts for the persons we really love. That's one way of sharing. Sharing the Christmas season with your love ones, that's sharing again.
To feel the true essence of Christmas is a really big deal for me. If we feel the essence of this season, there's what we call peace and harmony. So let's enjoy the yuletide season!!

Magandang Pagsasamahan Tungo sa Maunlad at Maayos na Lipunan

In order to become a vigorous and prosperous country, we must have a great unity or cooperation. We must have this habit to have that.
Cooperating with one another is a big thing that we must have a fully-developed country. We must hep one another to make a work done easily. We must cooperate, specially in a group so that there will be going to be order in that certain group. There are also many traits that we must have to have a fully-developed country. Patience in one. We must be patient to one another. Unity too, like cooperation. We must have e confidence that we can do it. And, faith in God. We must ask the guidance of the Lord, and many more traits. If one of the traits are not in us, the other traits won't work, it's like a cycle.
Let us maintain cooperation to have a vigorous country. We can reach anything if we have cooperation. Value this habit, because it helps us going, it leads us to a brighter future.
